Hi LeDon,
Jaws key + J, opens the context menu only when your are running Jaws from
the system tray. To have Jaws run from the system tray try the following:
1. Alt + Tab, to the Jaws window.
2. Press, Alt + the letter O, to open options.
3. Press enter on, Basics.
4. Tab to, Run Jaws from the system tray checkbox unchecked, & press the
spacebar to check this box.
5. Tab to, Okay, press enter to save your change & close Jaws options
6. Restart Jaws or your computer for the change to take afect.

I thought that, when Jaws is in focus , you pressed the jaws key and the J ,
key to bring up the jaws help. My computer doesn’t seem to be working that
way. can someone tell me another way to get to jaws help?
