After you have your focus on Jaws, by pressing jaws key plus j, you have to
press alt plus h, or go to the jaws menu bar and right or left arrow to the
help submenu.

That's exactly what I thought, but when I press the jaws key plus J, and
then, H, I only get the jaws release number that I am using, which is jaws

I thought that, when Jaws is in focus , you pressed the jaws key and the J ,
key to bring up the jaws help. My computer doesn’t seem to be working that
way. can someone tell me another way to get to jaws help?
