[JAWS-Users] signature tutorial in WLM

Referring to a message of earlier about signature lines in live mail I 
reviewed what is up on tips and tricks. I thought I wrote it myself years 
ago but found it was composed by somebody else and is far more complicated 
than it needs to be. Possibly I will correct that issue in the near future.
