Hi. I have the same problem with my banking website. I sometimes have to switch browsers, and sometimes I have to change screen readers in the middle of what I am doing to click a button, or link. I think the website is just poorly coded not taking accessibility into account.
There is a lawyer in California that is an expert in getting many of these sites to make their websites accessible. She made Bank of America change their website to make it more accessible, and she just made humana make their prescription labels accessible. She also make CVS do the same thing. I try routing cursors, turning off virtual cursor, left clicking, just about everything I can think of but the keystroke won't work to get me to the next page. I see it a lot on banking sites and on submit or continue buttons. Due to the configuration of some newer websites with maybe too many graphics--just making a guess--is there just no way to be able to use buttons and therefore the inability to complete tasks on these sites without sighted help? I truly hope there's an answer and that it's not impossible to use these sites independently. Thanks.
