can't guess why when you checked the descending
button it doesn't sort that way
the only thing I can think of doing is to reinstall wlm
for your documents
after typing a new document, and when you save it, you first type the name of your document DO NOT press enter after naming
press tab
you go to the option of what format to save the document
tab again I think you land on hide folders
tab I think you get something like organize split button or something
tab once and here is where you can select where to save
its just like or rather it is windows explorer
when you get to documents make sure it is closed then press tab until you get back to the save button! -----Original Message----- From: Ron Kolesar

Hey, Keven.
I know where the short by is at under the ribbons.
I have tried clicking on both the ascending and descending buttons.
But it doesn't matter my new unread mail is at the top and I would like the
new unread mail at the bottum.
Plus one other thing I've noticed.
For some weird reason, my documents are going into my down loads folder.
any thoughts on how to make them go into the documents folder where they
belong in the first place?
Thanks.
Hope this clears things up a little better.

no actually they're hard to understand
you should have written
press alt key to bring up the ribbons
arrow to the view ribbon
from the view ribbon arrow to message sorting
enter
arrow until you get to ascending descending
make sure descending is checked

Try altV S O and make sure ascending is checked. This should fix your
problem.

For some weird reason my mail is stuck with the new mail at the top.
I would prefer to have the new mail at the bottum.
That way you can to a ctrl U ans start reading your mail.
Would anyone know how to fix this small problem?
Thanks.
