I believe this would solve his wlm inbox issue.To change whether the messages in a folder are sorted in ascending or descending order: 1.On the View tab, press the Sort order menu button, which is in the Arrangement group. 2.The menu which opens contains the two options ascending and descending, and the current option is checked. Choose the option which you want.
