Hi,
So are you saying that this is an issue with Microsoft's design not screen
reader functionality then?
As System Access performs flawlessly in this dialog currently. I'm just
curious then if it is a Microsoft short coming then why it is working better
in this instance than Jaws is.

Robyn,
I am using Win 7 Pro, with JAWS 17, and Office 2016.
I have that issue and also had the same in 2013.
It is just the way Bill & his boys made those fields.
The only way to correct is highlight & delete it all & retype or just start
again with the typo corrected FROWN

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Query about JFW reading a dialog in Microsoft
office2016
Hi Everyone,
I’m running JFW version 17 under windows 10 in conjunction with office 2016
and I’m finding that in the print envelopes dialog in Microsoft Word JFW isn’t
reading the to and from address areas at all. Can anyone else reproduce this
behavior; or has anyone found any work arounds to improve the performance in
this dialog area?
thanks in advance.
Robin
