Hi all, I have managed to sort it thanks. Basically there was a window open that was saying that I had Microsoft Windows Media Centre installed and it would be uninstalled before upgrading to Microsoft Windows 10. There was a confirm button which I couldn't actually read until I had switched on the JAWS cursor and changed the reading window to unrestricted.

I would suggest going to the FS website and read their guidelines for going to Win 10. I know there is a FS tool you need to run prior to installing.
