For those of you who do not wish to upgrade to Windows 10 at this time, and are tired of being annoyed with the system tray icon for Windows 10, this is the simplest way of getting rid of it.

I have used this on several systems with no problems, it is Jaws friendly. You can always reverse the changes when you are ready to upgrade.
