Hi, the setting is stored in a cookie. Do you have a process cleaning out your cookies? That is the only thing I can think of. This is such an annoying problem. Every timeI click on the radio button on the Google search settings page to “never show instant results”, this option doesn’t seem to stick. Google will work fine for a while, but then all of a sudden, I will start getting instant results again whenever I type a search phrase into the search edit field, necessitating a reset of the radio button once again to never show instant results. What is even more frustrating is that JAWS does not announce that the never show instant results radio button has been checked when you click on it so there is no way to determine its actual status, checked or unchecked. Is there any way to turn off Google instant results permanently? I am using JAWS 16 with Windows 7 and IE 11. Thanks.
