Hi

To always open Google without instant results, use the following URL.

https://www.google.com/webhp?complete=0&hl=en

You may want to put that url into a favorite and then just use the favorite to
open Google.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Getting Google Never Show Instant Results Option to Stick

This is such an annoying problem. Every timeI click on the radio button on
the Google search settings page to “never show instant results”, this option
doesn’t seem to stick. Google will work fine for a while, but then all of a
sudden, I will start getting instant results again whenever I type a search
phrase into the search edit field, necessitating a reset of the radio button
once again to never show instant results. What is even more frustrating is
that JAWS does not announce that the never show instant results radio button
has been checked when you click on it so there is no way to determine its
actual status, checked or unchecked. Is there any way to turn off Google
instant results permanently? I am using JAWS 16 with Windows 7 and IE 11.
Thanks.

Gerald
