TOUCHPAD ICON ON THE SYSTEM TRAY press enter, IF you have one?
Tab,
SELECT TOUCHPAD PROPERTIES
TOGGLE THE SWITCH TO TURN ON/OFF TOUCHPAD
Then, SAVE CHANGES
