Try this:
1. Be in the in box list view.
2. Strike the alt key by itself.
3. Right arrow to the folder tab.
4. Tab to the new button, and strike the space bar.
5. Type in the name of the new folder in the edit box, and strike enter.
6. If the edit box does not pop up right away, tab to it and type in the
name. Strike enter.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Making folders using Outlook 2013

Hi my partner is using Outlook 2013, windows 8.1 and JFW 16 Home edition.

We are wanting to make a few folders so he can put particular emails into
them.

If some kind soul out there can give me easy to follow instructions it would
very much be appreciated as I've tried and can't seem to find how to create
them.
