What I do is select each heading and press CTRL shift N.
Although, you could select all but that command returns whatever format you
select to return to its original state, which is why I say just select all
the headings first then evoke that command.

Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Eliminate headings

I notice no one has posted an answer, so I'll offer a workaround. When I've
encountered this problem in a document where format doesn't matter to me, I
copy the entire thing into Notepad, then copy that copy and paste it back
into Word. This quick process eliminates all formatting. Obviously, it isn't
a solution, least of all when formatting matters.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Elimenate headings

I am using a loaner machine and it is running MS Word 2013. Each line is
appearing as a heading. I used to be able to do; Insert+F6 to get the
headings list and then select them and use the command, H+FY and then arrow
down to Clear all. This does not work with 2013. Any help would be
appreciated.
