after turning off the virtual cursor, tab twice and use the up/down
arrow keys to adjust the volume. I found this works the first time, but
can't seem to repeat this to adjust the volume for a second time. I
mean, if you find a YouTube video, adjust the volume, the video ends,
you exit and do something else, return to YouTube to find and listen to
another video, the tabbing twice after turning off virtual cursor, I
can't adjust the volume as the first time. why, I don't know.

You need to adjust the volume in the Youtube player.
Open a Youtube video.
While it is playing, find the Mute button. You need to then be focused on this
button with the virtual cursor off.
WHen you are on the mute button, you can press up arrow and down arrow to raise
and lower the volume respectively.

lately when I view youtube content on internet explorer the volume is low. even
if I download them using dvdvideosoft youtube to mp3 converter the downloaded
file is still low. the master volume on my computer is at 100 percent and my
windows media player volume is at 100 percent what else needs to be at max
volume?
