Hi Holger, Have you looked in your Quarantine folder? If Vipre seen it as some sort of malware, that's where it would be. If it's there, find the always allow option & click on okay. If you can run iTunes, but after you close you can't restart it in the same session, but if you reboot the computer, & you can start it again, then it's not Vipre. Take care. Hello, second email did not get respond. Using jaws 15, W7 and current iTunes. When I use iTunes and them closed it, when I open it again it will not open. I think this something do with Vipre. Help.
