Have never had that issue but do not have Viper- so you may be on to
something there. Have you tried Apple Accessibility at 
Apple Accessibility 1-877-204-  3930 [email protected]

If there is any conflict with Viper they would likely have encountered it if
anyone has.

Hello, second email did not get respond. Using jaws 15, W7 and current
iTunes. When I use iTunes and them closed it, when I open it again it will
not open. I think this something do with Vipre. Help.
