When I was watching a video the other night, the procedure below didn't work, neither did the windows key up arrow. My daughter came over and did something with the mouse to get the full screen and I was able to see everything so I thought f11 was the key that would do the trick; however, after pressing the key, nothing.

I think this will maximize any window that can be maximized.
