OK, I think that the smart navigation was blocking me.
For example, when pressing the right arrow key, I should have went to the 32
bit download link, smart navigation.LOL.
Instead, I had to press the right arrow key several times to get to the 32
bit link.
So, I turned off the smart navigation, and did your above directions.

I have to click on the link for Jaws to report that it's a visited link,
then I open the context menu with the link highlighted, arrow down to, Copy
Shortcut, & press enter, then the link is copied to the clipboard.

Press enter again.
