Try control-s to bring up the so-called side bar. If that doesn't work, tab to 
the "menus" button, which is something like three tabs in once iTunes has 
opened on your PC. Pressing alt brings up a fairly traditional file menu. 
Finally, you can alternate between screens with F6.

I don't really want anything to do with this program or its player, but there 
are a couple things I may have to get from their store.  Which version is 
accessible on a windows 7 computer, and are there Jaws scripts or some Jaws
