This could work if you have noncontiguous words close enough together;
however, through a large document it will become tedious real fast.

Move word by word and hold down the shift key to select the word and when
you come across a word in the line to not select let up on the shift key.

Hi folks. I wonder how to or if its possible to select non-contiguous
text in word using keyboard. I am pretty sure that for users who could
