Once unzipped, you run the .EXE file to launch. Then click on the options 
button.

General Tab
I recommend setting up VR to launch at startup, and to keep it in the system 
tray.

Global Keys Tab
I recommend assigning some hot keys to record, stop, pause, and resume. Then 
you can launch it any time you want.

Make sure to also define a directory where it will be easy to find the 
files; not buried deep on the C: drive in some obscure folder.
