I'm not sure what versions of word this works in but, I know it works in 2010. Do the alt f thing and put in the word or phrase you want to fine and enter. When it gives you the first instance, hit escape. Then, you can do alt+control+y to keep going through the other findings of that word or phrase. It works great. karen
