Hi, That is a valid email address. It stands for Vector-freedom scientific Optalek group. Jonathan Mosen spoke a few months ago on an FS cast about the merger of these entities. This is just a further reflection of that merger. Freedom scientific is still freedom Scientific. However, if you contact them via email or phone you will hear VFO rather than FS in order to better reflect their expanded line of products and services.
