Wayne:

The new support address for Freedom Scientific is indeed the vfo-groups.com
address that you received.

I know this because I currently am working with FS to finalize a Jaws
license transfer issue.

I was initially confused about this new e-mail address as well.

I had to directly ask the individual in charge of FS license activation and
transfers about the situation yesterday when talking to them on the phone.
Apparently, some sort of merger has now happened between FS and a related
company.

What I am a bit surprised about is why we are all finding out about this new
e-mail address as individual situations arise, rather than being notified
about it collectively as licensed Jaws users.

It really seems rather strange from a marketing and public-relations
perspective.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Contacting FS support

Hello to all-

I just sent a request to freedom scientific support as I have in the past
because when I open some emails they are in an inaccessible table format and
I use the Alt-H then x then v command to open temporary internet file to
read it with my JAWS 15. Recently I have started getting a warning; You are
opening this message in a browser and your security settings are different
from Outlook and you may be putting your computer at risk.

I sent an email to FS support and the acknowledgement came back with an
unfamiliar address as follows: [email protected]

Is this a new address to use or could my email been diverted?
