I know this because I currently am working with FS to finalize a Jaws license transfer issue. I was initially confused about this new e-mail address as well. I had to directly ask the individual in charge of FS license activation and transfers about the situation yesterday when talking to them on the phone. Apparently, some sort of merger has now happened between FS and a related company. What I am a bit surprised about is why we are all finding out about this new e-mail address as individual situations arise, rather than being notified about it collectively as licensed Jaws users. It really seems rather strange from a marketing and public-relations perspective.
