I have Windows 7 and Jaws latest 17 home addition. The Same as you except I
am Outlook Office 2013 and e-mail. You should be the same though. I have
learned since so much of a problem with different groups and Time Warner
Internet, To check my junk box. So in going to the junk or mine is called
spam, I high-light the e-mails one at a time, pressing the Application
button and go down to junk mail. Instead of don't block I go all the way to
the bottom and where it says not junk!! Enter on that. You will notice a
window pop up showing the address and another address, if you think they are
safe uncheck the first and check again I do that twice making sure finally
checked, then the second one if it is ok check and uncheck and check and go
down to the ok button and it will go into your in-box. I do that with all.
This for example has been happening with the Jaws-Users group and
Blind-Like-Me group. Since doing that there is less going into the Junk/Spam
box.
Good luck Geno in Portland, ME.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Problem in replying to an e-mail in the Junk Bin

Hi everyone,

I have Windows 7, Word & Outlook 2010 and JAWS 13. I have been waiting for
an important e-mail with an attachment for about a week. For some reason, I
looked in the Junk Bin and to my surprise; I found the e-mail I was looking
for plus many more that I never received in my inbox. When I opened up the
e-mail with the attachment that I needed, I was able to read the body of the
e-mail, but I was unable to open up the attachment. I believe that even
though it mentioned that there was an attachment it was not there. Also, I
tried to reply to this e-mail back to the sender, but I was unable to do so.
I do not have an e-mail, or telephone number to call him.

Can any one tell me what is happening and what I am doing wrong? I never
looked in the Junk Bin before.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Al
