Al, Try moving it back to the In Box and opening the attachment there. Jim.

I have been waiting for an important e-mail with an attachment for about a week. For some reason, I looked in the Junk Bin and to my surprise; I found the e-mail I was looking for plus many more that I never received in my inbox. When I opened up the e-mail with the attachment that I needed, I was able to read the body of the e-mail, but I was unable to open up the attachment. I believe that even though it mentioned that there was an attachment it was not there. Also, I tried to reply to this e-mail back to the sender, but I was unable to do so. I do not have an e-mail, or telephone number to call him. Can anyone tell me what is happening and what I am doing wrong? I never looked in the Junk Bin before. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
