I have no idea how they plan to implement this sort of pricing scheme, but it's there and in print, so there will probably be a way.

Perhaps Windows 10 is set up to detect when you're using assistive technology of some kind.

Like I said, I really can't say, as I've already upgraded to Windows 10 on all my computers.

It's come to my attention that Microsoft will charge for Windows 10, but it
will not include people with assistive technology.

This includes screen readers and magnifiers.
