You use your Microsoft account email and password, and you can use all of the Microsoft aliases email and the same Microsoft password for them to sign into all computers and devices using Office 365. You decide what you want to back-up and store on OneDrive. I was pleasantly surprised that the Microsoft store, Office.com web site, and the downloading and installing of Office 365 was totally accessible. There is a learning curve of course, especially for a first time user of outlook like myself. I am totally happy with all the programs I have tried so far with Jaws 17 on both my W-10 desktop and W-10 laptop. Now doing a manual set up for my Pop3 account in outlook was a little tricky, but after a phone call to my IP Provider, I typed in the correct information and all worked fantastically. Thanks for all the members who have helped me with outlook, especially Mr. Ed, I appreciate it very much. God bless...

Keep us posted on the accessibility of setting up the various aspects of your account on the computer and any mobile devices you are using. Do you know if you have to have the same e-mail account associated with all 5 computer installations and the various mobile devices? Are you limited to only storing your data in their cloud, or can you limit the cloud storage to only the files that you want to share between devices, and then store the rest of your files on your local computer? Thanks, Annette -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Jim Flusche Sent: Friday, May 13, 2016 9:43 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: [JAWS-Users] Office 365 subscription with Jaws 17 Hello Jaws Users group. I took the full plunge! I purchased the full Office 365 monthly subscription for the $9.99 per month. I wanted to let all you know that the Microsoft store is totally accessible with Jaws 17. Very easy to use. After buying the subscription, I went to Office.com, which is also totally accessible, and downloaded the full Office 365 suit. I went to a page on the same sight under my account, I added a second computer, and sent an invite to my laptop computer. I then opened that email on the laptop, followed the invitation link to download Office 365 to the laptop, then I installed it on the laptop. All went very smoothly with Jaws 17. What all do you get with Office 365? Word, Excel, Outlook, power point, and so on for all the 2016 versions of these programs. You also get 1 TB of OneDrive storage. You get 60 free minutes of skype per month to call land lines. You get full technical support 24/7. You get 5 licenses for computers, other licenses for iPhones, iPads, and also for android devices. All for either $9.99 per month, or $99.99 per year. I have spent most of today setting up the laptop and setting up email accounts in outlook 2016. All is working great. See you can teach an old dog like me new tricks! Or in this case, new programs. God bless.
