The skip add button works some of the time, but if you install Add Block
Plus to your browser, you will never get adds in the first place.

I don't know if youtube recently improved this, biut if you tab to the
video controls, there is usually a "skip ad" button, which JAWS will
read. I am using JFW 14 and Windows 7. This must be fairly recent, as
I was unable to find the skip ad button as recently as two months ago.
