Hi All, Below are the steps for pinning a folder to the Taskbar:
From: Carlos Hi Mike, By default the "Pin to Taskbar" item will not appear on the context menu for folders, but there is a trick you can use to accomplish this. Try the following: 1. Highlight the shortcut to the folder you created on the desktop. 2. Press Alt Enter to access it's properties. 3. In the "Target" field, type explorer followed by a space before the path of the folder. 4. Select the "OK" button to save the changes. 5. The "Pin to Taskbar" item should now appear on the context menu for the shortcut. Carlo Take care. Mike FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION! It comes bundled with the software. I have a folder on my data drive that I access frequently & would like to tin a shortcut I created for this folder to the taskbar, but when I open the context menu with this shortcut highlighted I don't get the Pin To Taskbar option. Is it possible to pin folder shortcuts to the taskbar? I've only pinned programs so, if it's possible to pin a folder shortcut to the taskbar , would someone please explain how to do so? Thank y'all very much. Take care. Mike FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION! It comes bundled with the software. Go Dodgers!
