Hello, everyone.

After quite a bit of effort, and another call to the Microsoft Accessibility
Hotline, I now have my personal g-mail contacts list imported into Outlook
2016 on my Windows 7 laptop.

However, there is one problem remaining:

I have two contacts lists in Outlook 2016-My University contacts list, and
my personal g-mail contacts list.

To access my University contacts list, I use the control shift B function as
I have always done.

However, I have not been able to accomplish this for my personal g-mail
contacts list.

Now, in Outlook 2016, if I want to access my personal g-mail contacts list,
I have to use control 3, and then when I am done, I have to use control 1 to
get out of that contacts list.

Does anyone know how I can get my personal g-mail contacts list imported
properly so that it can be accessed via control shift B, like I do to access
my University contacts list?

I used to be able to access both contacts lists in Outlook 2010 with no
problem.

The Microsoft Accessibility Hotline technicians do not know how to
accomplish this.

Sorry to obsess on this, but I simply have to believe it's possible!
