Hi Kimsan, You can minimize the amount of tabbing I the Save As dialog by pressing either function key 3 or CTRL with E to move to the search box. You only need to tab twice from there to the tree view. You can also move quickly to the address bar by using Alt with D or function key 4 to find out the current location for saving the file. If it is the desired location then using Alt with S saves the file to that location. If the location is the Documents folder and you want to save the file to a subfolder of documents you can add a backslash and the folder name to the end of the address already showing. The tree view is three or four tabs from the address bar. However, I think the CTRL with E or F3 followed by two tabs is the quickest way to get to the tree view. It has been my experience that when using shift with tab from the file name field across the list view that sometimes a file in the list view will be placed in the file name box and you have to start the process over again. If a person isn't careful this can cause an existing file to be overwritten. I have stopped using the shift with tab from the file name box because of this happening. The Alt with n keystroke returns focus to the file name field from most areas of the dialog box but not from the address bar. At least, this is the case with my system.

It reminded me how long the process takes; however, if you've done this enough, it wouldn't take so long. I go back to the DOS days when we would use back slashes to determine the different areas we wanted the document to go into. With the document closed, place focus against its name and press control-x for "cut." 2. Move focus to the desired folder and press control-v. Note. Be sure nothing in the target folder is verbalized as "selected." If you're unsure, press control-spacebar to deselect before pressing control-v. If all your documents are to be moved into the same folder, you can select all with control-a, then press control-x. Then proceed by moving to the desired folder and press control-v.
