Hi Jorge, The, Alt, Windows key, + D, is a keystroke for Speak Dropbox that will tell you the status of your Dropbox account. i.e, press, Alt, Win key, + D, & Jaws will report, Up To Date, if you don't have any files deing downloaded or uploaded. Patti, What is alt windows key D command? Try leaving out the alt key and just press windows D or windows M to go to the desktop, And press the letter D for the dropbox icon enter. Dropbox should open up.
