Hi,
JAWS gets so quiet when Narrator is running that you cannot hear JAWS, so you can have both JAWS and Narrator running at the same time. Narrator has what is called Audio Ducking, so JAWS gets really quiet. When you work in the win10 mail app, you will want to turn Narrator on while JAWS is running, and then you will be able to access the auto populating list of names and emails that are there while you type in the to: edit box. Then, just turn Narrator right back off, and keep using JAWS to fill in the subject and type the message.
Take care, all
David Moore

narrator toggle on/off win key+enter
it's best to exit jaws before using narrator or you will have two
screenreaders talking at the same time
you'll get a headache!
