Zoe: I don't know if the list accepts attachments, so I'll e-mail you privately with an attachment containing instructions for creating e-mail signitures in Outlook 2010.
I haven't done this for a while, but the instructions did help me when I needed to do this a couple years ago for my work e-mail account. I know you have Outlook 2013, but hopefully these instructions will still be helpful.
