Mike and all:

Here are two sets of instructions that I have for creating an e-mail
signiture. They are for Outlook 2010, but as other list members have said,
they should work for later versions.

I haven't done this for quite a while, but I know that I was successful
using one of these procedures.

I believe both sets of instructions came from Jaws Users List members.

Instructions For Creating E-mail Signiture:

1. Alt f to get to the file menue.
2. T to get to options.
3. Arrow down once to mail.
4. Tab six times to get to the word signature.
5. Hit your spacebar.
6. Tab three times.
7. "it will read "signature to edit".
8 Arrow up or down until you find the email address that you want to use
with your signature.
9.Tab twice, and it will say, "New signature".
10. Hit enter.
11. Type a name for your signature. I usually use the account name or
subject name, so I don't forget on which emails I want the signature.
12. Tab and space on the okay button.
13. Then you land on the signature page. As you tab read your choices for
font, etc.
14 When you get to the edit box type in your signature, then tab and check
the okay button.
15. You are then given a screen of other choices. Tab through to decide
whether you want to check or
uncheck any of these boxes. Once you tab to the okay button and click it,
you are back in your inbox and have created your signature.
16. If you have a single account your signature should be placed in your
message automatically.

Alternative instructions:

Create a new message -- alt H, N
Go to the insert tab -- alt N and arrow down once to the incllude box Arrow
right until you reach the signature dropdown and press enter.
You'll find yourself on the word signatures followed by an ellipses.
Press enter. You are now in the email signatures tab.
Tab three or four times until you get to the "new" button and press enter.
Once you've done that, you will be in an edit box where you want to type the
name of the signature.
Type the name then tab to ok and hit enter.
Now you will find yourself in a tab with all sorts of options like which
account you want the new signature associated with, the font, alignment,
whether you want the signature added to replies or forwards etc. The last
tab before ok is the edit box where you will type the text of the signature.
Once you type the text, tab to ok and press enter.

Hi Tom,

Why don't you just post the steps to the list as a message? That way many
list members will benefit. Thanks much.
Take care.

Honestly, creating a signature in outlook 07 all the way to 2016 seems the
same, at least to me...

Zoe:

I don't know if the list accepts attachments, so I'll e-mail you privately
with an attachment containing instructions for creating e-mail signitures in
Outlook 2010.

I haven't done this for a while, but the instructions did help me when I
needed to do this a couple years ago for my work e-mail account.

I know you have Outlook 2013, but hopefully these instructions will still be
helpful.
