Hi Lisa, As a last resort, when attempting to uninstall software whose installation process is inaccessible, I call the Microsoft Disability Tech Support line at 800-936-5900...Just something to consider.

The program is not accessible with either JAWS or NVDA and we've tried to remove it the normal way to remove a program with no success.
