Just to add a note about the shortcuts supplied by Brian Lee. The shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+number work if the display language of your computer is set to english (united states). However if it's set to english (united kingdom), then the shortcuts take the form ctrl + alt + number. Why microsoft have created this confusion, I've no idea.
