Hi Angel, With Firefox open press, Insert / Jaws key, control, + V, & Jaws will report what version of Firefox you're running. You can use this keystroke in any program & Jaws will report the program version. Take care. Mike Sent from my iBarstool. I don't know how to find the version I am using. I suspect it is version 4 and some change. I might have to upgrade my Jaws version. I can go as far as Jaws 15. I am so frustrated with my banking site, and with my attempts to cause the Jaws curser to work on that sight, I have to wait till I am better able mentally to tackle the problem. I bragged on another list, how accessible was my banking site. When compared with other complaints about other banking sites. I was assured when the change in the banking site interface changed, I would be able to access it. I just assumed it would be the case. I can use the banks mobile sight quite well. Even with my outdated internet explorer. But, I must make transfers to another bank, and for that, I am required to use the banks full site. It is sad, too, because through the banks change of name and management, I have been its customer since 1968. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mike B." <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, September 24, 2016 3:33 PM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Using the jaws curser with fire fox > Hi Angel, > > What version of Firefox?
