I'm not Janie, but here's how.
Press Alt and arrow left or right until you are on the Message Tab.
Arrow down to the Insert menu and press enter
Arrow up once to Other and press enter.
Arrow down twice to Signature and press enter.
Find the signature you want and press enter.
Sounds harder than it is. Once you do it a few times, it's fast enough.

Surely
there are only a few steps
control shift o opens the options dialogue
There are several pages here so
control tab I believe 5 times to get to signature page
then tab through and enjoy all that is here
