If you have your serial number you can call freedom scientific and get your authorization code.. but last I knew you did not need it to install.. just serial number... that is how I upgraded anyway...

This will only work on an already activated copy of JAWS. Steps: 1. Press the JAWS key + the J key, for me it is Insert+J 2. Go to the help sub menu. 3. Go to the Update authorization option 4. You'll get a dialog with several buttons, click the Start Authorization button. 5. In this dialog, choose manual activation, then click next. 6. In this next dialog there is a read only field with your locking code, and two input fields, one has your entire authorization code, the other is for your license code or serial number. 7.
