Control alt and the arrow keys, so right goes one cell to the right, left
goes one cell to the left and up and down arrows go one cell up and down.
Use control alt arrow keys.
 You can also use the table layer keystroke which is insert space bar t.
That will liet you use just the arrow keys to navigate the table.

You can use the tab key to move from cell to cell, and here you will go from
left column to right column, and so on from the next row, and if you
continue when reaching the butttom of table and pressing tab, you'll add one
more row to the table.

Please forgive me if I asked this question before. I figured out how to
create a table that has 2 columns in MS Word 2013. Can anyone tell me how to
navigate between the two columns using JAWS 17 and Windows 10. Thanks.
