Control alt and the arrow keys, so right goes one cell to the right, left goes one cell to the left and up and down arrows go one cell up and down. Use control alt arrow keys. You can also use the table layer keystroke which is insert space bar t. That will liet you use just the arrow keys to navigate the table. Justin
