Hi Rebecca, Do not worry about the Jaws smart navigation for now. When you wish to look up a jaws keystroke, do the following. Press the insert key+spacebar, then type the letter J. You will be in the search for Jaws commands dialog edit box. Start typing a command you are looking for. The results will begin populating automatically. Tab one time to go to the results for your search. Press the letter H, for headings. As you down arrow through each heading. You will hear the Jaws keystroke, and what it does when you press that keyboard combonation. When you are done, just press the escape key to exit this HTML Jaws results window. I hope this helps...

This way when I type a web address or email address it doesn't say each character and try to pronounce it as I'm typing if that makes sense.
