If you are using Windows 10, try selecting Windows + Tab. Then arrow left or right until you hear Jaws say User Account Control and select enter. Sometimes during an installation the UAC gets pushed behind after it is initiated and you need to bring it forward again. At least that has been my experience. Once the User Account Control is in focus again you can tab to yes or select Alt + Y and continue.
