I am using W10, outlook 2010 and jaws 18 and I cannot get jaws to work using the control alt "J" keystroke. I have changed to different letters and numbers but no luck. I even went as far as to unstall and reinstall jaws 18. I will appreciate any suggestions. Thanks much,
