Hi,
I'm using latest jaws 17 on a windows 10 pro and abby fine reader version 12. I've never been able to scan and read documents. I need help. I've put the paper in the scanner, clicked scan to word, selected plain text, I think it's called dtI? I chose 300, scanned it and I just get jibrish. I mean, it'll read text here and there but I find myself needing to decipher what has been scanned. How can I get a crisp and clear document to read? Thanks.
