Hi there, I have the same problem. I emailed 2 different lists but no one had any answers. I too remove the program completely from the control panel but it just keeps coming back. I have disabled the search engine in internet explorer but still nothing. I've been told to call Microsoft so they can remove it for me but I haven't had the time.
