Hi Miriam, 1. With the email open hold down the, Alt key, & press the, 1 key, on the number row twice quickly. This will highlight the, From, field. 2. Press, Control + A, to select all, & press, Control + C, to copy to the clipboard. 3. Open Notepad, Press, Control + V, to paste, & now you can read character by character as well as read all punctuation that might otherwise be hidden / not spoken.
