I wonder what you have in mind when you say the JAWS OCR option hasn't worked 
well for you so far. My problem with it ended when I realized that once the OCR 
process is complete, I can copy the converted text into a Notepad file, thus 
eliminating the table format, and then copy that result into an MS word file.

I'm using Win7, JAWS 18 and Acrobat Reader DC.
